I need advice from the gurus here.
I applied for and selected a BTO flat with me as owner and my old mom as ocxupier.
My mom has been diagnosed with lung cancer.
I'm worried if my mom wouldn't get to see the new flat in 3 years, touch wood.

So my question is, will I be able to collect the keys to the new flat if my mom passes away before that? I pray it wouldn't come to that.
