Hi Ridwan,

This really depends on your comfortable budget allocated. You need 5bedrooms or 4+1 bedrooms.

Such condo sizea are 1300sf above. Depending on the locaion, the price range is between $1.5M to $2M up.

I have a unit, masionett condo at Pasir Panjang Freeholh 4+1bedrooms that is less than $1.5M.

If you have $1.52M budget, you may want to consider 6-BRs suites at Clover By The Park. Size 1755sq. ft. High Floor, TOP will be July 2011 earliest.

For a 6-BRs suites at Clover By The Park, the size 3057sq. ft., asking is $3.38M.
