I need a clearer answer.
For both Singapore PR siblings (age: 30 and 25), are we not eligible to purchase HDB flat in Singapore.
If can, my ordinary account only have around 80K. I still prepare how much cash for buying a 2 or 3 bedroom flat (no specific locations). Is it 5% of the selling price?

So, it means that there is no way to buy any HDB flat except they are husband & wife, right?
