I need a clearer answer.
For both Singapore PR siblings (age: 30 and 25), are we not eligible to purchase HDB flat in Singapore.

If can, my ordinary account only have around 80K. I still prepare how much cash for buying a 2 or 3 bedroom flat (no specific locations). Is it 5% of the selling price?

Morning Mr. Toh,

For single and joint single scheme, all owners must be SC to be eligible. Therefore, you and your sibling is not eligible for the purchase.
