Hi,

Based on latest HDB regulations of MSR 30% and 25 max loan tenure, rough estimated bank loan will be about 330K. It also depends on your age profile and other criterion of the banks. It is recommended you speak to your preferred bank to get an in-principle amount.

Please also take note for PR households purchasing their 1st HDB property here, they are subjected to Additional Buyer Stamp Duties of 5% on purchasing price.

May I know which areas are you looking at? I do have units at West Coast & Jurong West (3 bedrooms) at the moment, it might fit your requirements. May I speak to you to understand your plans better?
