I'm staying in a 4 rooms HDB.
I'm very keen in buying a condo in the west - bt Panjang / bt. Timah/ cck others.
I would like to sell my HDB and use the cash to pay for the 5% cash for the condo.
Can I move into the condo immediately, after I move out of my flat?

In your case, i think you may need to use a financial facility called "bridging loan". I am very familar with it.
