Hi James,

If you are looking for rental yield, you may consider the following conditions:

1) nearby MRT;
2) nearby top primary school;
3) resale 99 years;
4) 2 or 3 bedroom

Dear James, I am marketing a new launch at Margate Rd, off Meyer Rd. Do contact me if you are keen to get more info. Rental yield in the Meyer Rd area is very strong, and you can expect capital appreciation too, especially when TOP nears. 1+S units are space-efficient and start from $900K. Thanks

Cheers!

    Wee Ling,

    I'm currently overseas. Back next thursday. I'll get my wife Jean to speak with you. What's the price of a 2 bed room unit? Also thinking that we could move into this unit in the long run and rent our terrace house.
Hi James,

I think i covered this topic quite a lot of times.

But in short..

- Low quantum
- Location (MRT or future developments/amenities)
- commercial properties

This 2 should guarantee good rental yeilds.

The tenure is not that important.
I got charts showing you why so.

If you need further discussion, can contact me.
Good luck!

Thanks.
