i'm PR i would like to know if buy resale 4room flat,how much money must have can buy coz i hv little CPF and cash.

Hi SK,
Are you single or married? If you are a single PR, you will not be eligible to buy a resale HDB flat. If you are married to either a Singapore citizen or PR, then you will be eligible to buy.
Depending on your criteria for a 4-room flat, the current Cash Over Valuation (COV) are between $20k to $50k. And assuming you have to take a bank loan, you will have to pay the 1st 20% of the flat price with a minimum of 5% cash and 15% cpf.
