I'm owner in an old appt block D10. Less than 30 units. I am interested in looking at enbloc. Most units are rented out- ie owner not living there.

I know i need to set up a sales committee via an EGM which i understand needs 20-25% of the owners/shares.

How do i communicate to the owners to gauge interest to call for the EGM? Seems to be a door drop letter unlikely to get through to the owners.
