I m having joined tenancy agreement with bf.
Both EP holder.
TA started 06/2024, 1year contract, 1month deposit.
What if bf employed,
1. is the TA to be revised and renew again?
2. Deposit to be forfeited or can continue unchanged as long as TA continue?
3. Property experty pls advise what shall we do next.
