I m already in my mid forties so the
years of a loan for a new home is
limited. Is it true that I can extend
the loan period if I include my child's
name as a owner?

Hi Sir,

It is true that if you put your child name as one of the owner you will be able to get a longer loan period.

Hwever,i believe there ar other concerns other than that. Putting yout child name might not be the only option.
