I m a buyer, saw an ad on property guru. If I viewed n bought it, do I need to pay comm to the agent who post the ad?

When in doubt, ask the particular agent. There could be many scenarios which we are unable to think of and are not in a position to advise.

Evening,

Under the CEA ruling, when the agent advertise for the seller, he would have received the consent to represent the seller. Thus, the agent cannot collect commission from you as it would be a dual representation.

However, there are many "roaches" around. Do clarify first, so as to protect yourself.
