I live in a three room flat; i have recently bought the house from a relation who has contiuned to live with me.

I have asked him to move out but he has refused. May I know what legal actions can be taken for this.

I have the sole right to the house.

Evening,

Technically speaking, your relative have sold the unit to you and have zero rights over the unit. You can either ask him to leave quietly or get the police in to invite him out of your unit.
