I like to buy a condo that is about $600K to $650K (2 bdrms). Top between 2007 to 2010. Preferably nearer to MRT eg. Potong Pasir, Kovan, Tanah Merah,Simei or Bedok. Also, to see if i am eligible to buy a condo, pls list the amounts that needed to be paid in cash and amounts that can make use of the CPF to pay. Thank You Guru

Hi Anonymous, for example, if the unit is $650k, the cash amount is 5% ($32,500). The other 15% ($97,500) can be either in cash or cpf.

The stamp duty ($14,100) needs to be paid by cash first, then reimbursed by CPF.
