I just wondering if i don't not have any CES or CEA but with a cert from ERA (ESST) , can I do any transaction on buy or sell for client as I long time never practice this trade ? Plus anybody know when the gov is start the class to replace CES or CEA? any detail? thanks

Hi Andy,

The ESST is a course to get the agents prepared in the ground. With the new regulation from government now, you really need either CEA or CEHA, and registered with CEA. You can't do any transaction without the cert.

CEA will be set up 22 Oct this month. I heard the course CEA will start in Jan 2011. You may make enquiry to IEA.
