I just sold my private condo. Can i buy a resale HDB immediately?

Hi,
Yes you can buy resale HDB immediately. However for BTO or SOBF you need to wait out 30 months before you can apply. May I understand your plans further so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.
