I just sold my Condominium, wanted to ask if I can buy Executive Condominium from HDB?

Hi,
Unfortunately no, you have to wait out 30 months after selling your condo before you can buy new EC from developer or BTO from hdb. There is no need to wait if you are buying resale hdb or private condo. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations?
