Hi,

1) This is strongly encouraging.
2) This is the main reason there is even a proximity grant for anyone who wished to stay with/near their parents or children.
3) Single proximity grant is $10k for staying within 4km, $15k to stay with parents.
But parents cannot have any interest in any HDB flat.
4) If you have a family nucleus and stay within 4km of your parents, the proximity grant is $20k.
