I just select a BTO unit(SBF) on 14th Nov as I am taking loan from bank, so within 1 month, I need submit a letter of offer from bank to confirm acting on Mortgage & purchase. Current I get the offer letter from the bank, but i did not sign the acceptance as I need I can show the offer letter(without sing of acceptance) to HDB or must wait for the final documents with both side signature
