In order to get a bank loan in Singapore, you will require a minimum of 3 month payslip, your employment letter and good credit record. They will then access your maximum loan quantum, depending on your monthly income.

Well bank loans are not too hard to get here in sg. Just show them your payslips and if you have any income taxes documents . The bankers will be able to let you know the amount of loan you are able to get.
