I just got divorced thus looking to buy a 3rm flat in Punggol or Sengkang area. I have shared custody of my baby but care and control is under my ex husband. Can I get such unit?

Afternoon Vena,
Having shared custody, your ex husband will have to sign undertaking stating that he will not apply for new or subsidized unit within the next 5 years.
The other issue would be that 3 room flat in Sengkang and Punggol? Sengkang is possible but very rare. There's nothing available in Punggol now. Or are you referring to new BTO units?
