Having shared custody, your ex husband will have to sign undertaking stating that he will not apply for new or subsidized unit within the next 5 years.
The other issue would be that 3 room flat in Sengkang and Punggol? Sengkang is possible but very rare. There's nothing available in Punggol now. Or are you referring to new BTO units?
