I just collected my keys for my BTO flat. This is my 2nd BTO flat(I have stayed in my 1st BTO flat for over past 10years). Do I need to satisfy 5 year MOP period before I can purchase a private property?

Morning,

You are require to fulfill the MOP of 5 years for this new BTO flat that you just collected the keys, before you can buy pte property.
