I just bought a resale flat from HDB with my sister last year July 2010.

My boyfriend just proposed to me on valentine's day and we're going to get married next year.

How do i go about transferring my ownership to another sister so that I can purchase a flat whether BTO or resale?

Is there a minimum years required before I can transfer the ownership or can I do it immediately so that I can purchase my home with my future husband?
