I just bought a new launch unit. I wanted to buy under Trust for my son who is 10 year old now. The Option issued by the developer is under my name and didn’t see my son’s name? is this normal? I asked my lawyer he not sure about this also. Can anyone have the same experience?

Hi,

1) The OTP should state the beneficiary name.
2) Your lawyer is supposed to draft a Deed of trust, get another lawyer if you need to.
3) Relect this mistake immediately before it is too late when S&P is produced.
