Hi,

The rules states that you are not eligible to purchase a condo for investment until you have fulfilled your 5-year MOP for your current HDB, which is another 4 years later.

However, if you are really keen to invest into a property, there are other options that you can look into. I will be able to share with you more in details.

Should you need any further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Robbie Chen

Hi,

As you are still within MOP of 5 years, you can't purchase a 2nd residential property. Thanks and look forward to value-add to your plans in the future.
