You may choose to use the same agent or change to a new agent, even though the same agent may understand the tenancy agreement, and the relationship between you and the tenant better.

Dear landlord,

What is the situation to warrant a change of salesperson in your case? You will need to look into the tenancy agreement which has been signed giving the original salesperson rights to claim commission from you for renewal, therefore you may end up paying 2 person. Unless you have substantial grounds to get the original salesperson out of the picture, I will advise you not to change a salesperson.
