I INTEND TO SELL MY EM AT YISHUN WHAT IS THE VALUATION AND COMMISION FEE.

For the valuation, depending on the location, the renovation and some other factors, it may range all the way from %540K to even $&15K. So I will really need to look at the place before I can give you a narrower range of prices. Of course we will also call for COV on top of the valuation. I will also want to discuss with you on what is the price that is in your mind that you want to sell and I can advise you accordingly.
Maybe we can meet up for a non obligatory discussion and see how can we work together on the sale. I can also discuss with you on what are your future plans in terms of property and accommodation and I can see how I can advise you on that too. Anyway you will also wish to meet the agents who might be helping you right?
