For the purchase of resale HDB unit or EC, using Bank Loan, you do not need to wait for 30 months before you are eligible. You can either do it concurrently or one after the other, depending on your financial status.

Hi mix,

As mentioned by Mike, you are eligible to purchase a resale HDB/EC after selling away your existing condo should you be taking up a bank loan.

Concurrently, you may also consider to make your purchase first before selling. In this scenario, you'll need to sell within 6 months from taking possession of your HDB.
