i intend to sell away my 5rm flat(1st timer) and buy another unit at sengkang/punngol. my question is is there any levy if i buy a resale flat(my current unit bought new from hdb with grant) . Is it true that i need to carried forward 50% of my sales procced to my next purchase if im taking hdb loan?by taking bank loan need not? Should i sell now and buy it later like next year?Roughly how much is the COV for 5rm at buangkok crescent? Thanks in advance
