I intend to buy a 4 room flat at yishun and I had come across the term 'pure seling/selling only", what are the meaning?

Afternoon, Pure selling / selling only would indicate that seller does not require contra facility. OTP should be ready for submission, as per stated within page four of the OTP, upon exercising it.
