Hi,

You can buy a resale HDB flat under the non-citizen spouse scheme. There is a eligibility check on HDB website (https://services2.hdb.gov.sg/webapp/BP13EligCheck/BP13SHome?strSystem=CHECK) which you can use. It should clear up most of the doubts that you have.

If you need any further assistance, drop me a message @ 8118 4108  and I can assist in your planning.

Hi,

It is very much dependent on the type of flat you are planning to purchase, the purchase price, your loan eligibility, and your initial downpayment for the property.

There is very limited information here and it is impossible to give you a definite answer without further details.

On a side note, there is no ABSD for Singaporean's first matrimonial home. So you need not pay ABSD if you co-own the property with your foreign spouse.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.
