I have to refund $283K to cpf if I sell my 4 room home, how much would be my profit if I sell my home at 460K?

Hi Ivy,

What is your outstanding loan amount?

Take $460k - $283k - outstanding loan amount. The balance will be your net profit.

Afternoon Ivy,

Your profit for your unit would be equal to:

Sales price - CPF monies - Outstanding loan - Outstanding arrears.

From my estimation, your profit should be around $80k to $100k. Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.
