I have taken housing grant but now divorced and sold the flat. Is there grant for 2nd timer single looking for resale.

Unfortunately no, but you may be eligible for Proximity Housing Grant if you buy near parents and fulfill the eligibility conditions. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.
