I have sold my private apartment last month.
Could I purchase a new EC or BTO flat at this juncture ?
If positive, how to proceed ?
If negative, any other option available to purchase a new EC or BTO flat ?

Afternoon Steven,

As you have just sold a private property under your name, you are not eligible to purchase any new HDB unit. Only those who have EC which have fulfilled 5 years + 30 months debarment are eligible as second timer.

    OK understand I need to comply to HDB requrements. So I could only go for HDB resale flats.

    I have approx. $450K left in my CPF A/C for Flat purchase. I do not wish to pay too much upfront cash for my Resale Flat. Would like to know which type of Flat (EA, EM or 5 Rooms flat ) carries higher valuation ?

    If feasible, I would like to pay the outstanding amount under bank loan rather than cash top up as far as possible.

    Also I am working oversea. Unable to provide employment proof to the bank. Nonetheless, I should have adequate cash to place as collateral with the bank. Can this qualify me for the bank loan for the outstanding amount ?
