I would strongly advise against that idea, unless your buyers are also agrees with it. Otherwise, your buyers have the right to sue you for non-compliance. This such cases, as OTP have being signed, the buyer can claim damage, amount to purchase price. You still have to sell the unit to your buyers, at the previous agreed selling price. The legal fee and time taken for such case is exhausting and there no way you can win, unless due to certain situations.
