I have series of questions regarding co-broke. I will start with the first question.

What is Co-broke?

My understanding is when 2 agent co-broke for a particular unit, 1 of them act as buyer agent and 1 of them is the seller agent. No other agents or direct buyers can come in. Any direct buyer will be directed to the co-broke buyer agent.

Is my understand correct?
