I have rent HDB and expired on Jun 2023, if my employment pass expired on February 10.
Can I still use my appartment with Short Term Visit Pass (STVP)?
Or should I out from the appartment as soon as possible , let say on February 11?

Do you mean you will not renew the employment pass? In order to be eligible to rent a HDB (room or whole unit), Non-citizen legally residing in Singapore who holds an Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit, Student Pass, Dependant Pass, or Long-Term Social Visit Pass. The pass must have a validity period of at least 6 months as at the date of application by the flat owners. Read More
