I have recently transferred (no sales proceeds) of my oversea property to my father. Does this considered as disposal in the context of HDB (disposal of private properties within 30 months?)
As this property was transferred to me 5 years ago from my father and this property was not financed or purchase by me.
Would this affect my eligibility for HDB Loan or Grants. If yes, is there any way to appeal as this was merely a transfer and not a disposal.
