i have recently taken citizenship and am planning to buy 4 room HDB from resell market. I do not want to take any loan from bank. Can i use my full CPF OA which is around 250K and rest cash. Does CPF allow to use all the OA amount?

Hi, Yes, you are allowed to utilise all your CPF + cash to purchase a resale 4 room flat. However, do note that for certain units that are less than 60 years of lease, you are not able to fully utilise your CPF. Feel free to contact me if you have further queries. Thank you.
