I have recently pay 1% deposit for recent launch EC but only come to know one bank approve 70% only.
please advise if it helps for me to seek other bank help? has anyone tried to appeal before or go for interview with bank to get 80% loan approved?
our situation is my financee self employed but only 8 month thus they can only evaluation based on my salary of $5100. we have some credit loan but have never default before.
anyone can please advise us?

Hi Applecider,

Every bank has their own sets of criteria in assessing loan approval limit. You should check with a few more banks to see if they could loan you up to 80% or provide alternatives such as a term loan to bridge the 10% shortfall.
