Afternoon, Principle of approval letter only indicate that you application is successful but things can only carved in stone after you have gotten your IC. Hence it would be better to start sourcing slightly before your IC collection date and ink the OTP only after getting it. Do contact me for further discussion for the purchase. HI, With the In Principle Approval (IPA), you cannot qualify to purchase a HDB yet. After IPA is given, you still still need to finish a course and after that you will be given a slip to request for you to surrender your passport and receive your SG IC and passport.
