I have received in-principle approval letter from ICA to be SG citizen. Can I buy HDB?

Hi Mrs Teresa,
You are not eligible to exercise any OTP with the IPA letter.
The earliest time to be eligible to receive OTP (place deposit) is after you collected you temporary ID and passport.
Do note, anytime earlier as mentioned above, resale submission will be deem legally invalid.

You will be eligible to purchase a HDB flat if you are above aged 35 (if you're Single), or together with your spouse.
Do take note that you will need to "Register Intent to Buy" before you commit to a purchase.
