I have purchase ltd 50% of a private condo from my brother with written black and white and witness by another another.
But the property name is 100% legal under my brother’s name and not mine .
Where can I get certified that I have 50% of the property ?

Good morning Sir/ Mdm,

the best way to make sure you are a co owner of the property will be doing a transfer of ownership so your name will be reflected on title search.

You might want to seek lawyer's assistance for the transfer.
