I have property in malaysia and intend to upgrate my 4 rm to 5 rm hdb flat, what is the proper procedure?

Hi,

If you have satisfied the MOP, you may proceed to upgrade from 4rm to 5rm flat. But within 6 months of key collection for your 5rm flat, you need to dispose off the property in Malaysia.
