I have over S$100K in my CFF ordinary account but i owe many banks through credit cards reason why i cannot apply for home loan through them. is there any other way?

Afternoon,

Having alot of funds in CPF and investments does not really help. Getting secured and unsecured loan are based on your income status, credit record which also indicates your credibility. With low credibility, bank will need to work on their risk factors before granting you the loan.
