I have one HDB unit now, my wife is occupier, we are both is SPR, not yet fulfill 5 years MOP. How if she goes back to Malaysia and not renew PR. What will happen?

Morning, As per the current regulation, both of you need to be at least SPR, in order to be eligible to hold onto the HDB unit. Once either of your SPR are not renewed, HDB have the right to request you to sell your unit within the 6 months time frame. You might also be liable for certain legal, admin or penalty fees payable.
