Valuation of unit is based on it's location, amenities, level, and condition of your unit.

    Thanks for comments. I am now in Malaysia and will go Singapore in beginning of June 11. May contact those Agent with buyer hunt for HDB at circuit Road. ( Open house for viewing )

Hi Owner,

It doesn't matter if your unit is tenanted or not. Most importantly will be the location, condition, flooring and age of your unit that will affect the valuation.

No way will it affect the selling price pls call me as im currently selling one unit at blk 46 circuit rd and i havemany buyers on hand waiting to offer for your unit. pls let me know asap as I will be doing an open hse there this weekend
