I have my name on a hdb flat along with my mother. I have never used any cpf or installments to pay for this flat. As for now there is no mortgage pending to be paid.

I want to buy a private condo , my question is how much stamp duty and additional stamp duty I have to pay.

Hi Manoj

I would assume that your are a Singaporean and all criteria with HDB are met.

In this case the Additional Buyers Stamp Duty (ABSD) is payable at 7%, if this is your second residential property.
