I have made $1,000 + $3,000 as OTP payment to a Thillamallai d/o Arumugam, also known now as the "seller", of 168 Woodlands Drive 11 #03-123. Singapore 730168, in the presence of her appointed PROPNEX Housing Agent, Mr. Tony Yee. Submission was approved for 1st appointment yesterday the 29th June 2010, 9.45am but seller did not turn-up after lodging a Law Firm to cancel the sale based on "not having received the payment".

Hence now my family of 3 adults and 4 children (aged 1-month, 2, 4, and 6 years old) being practically homeless after sale of our unit.

Hi.

So sorry to hear about your situation.Firstly,did you pay the deposit by cash or cheque?if by cheque,the bank should have a record of the seller cash-in the cheque.If by cash,then the agent can be your witness.(the OTP should be signed in his presence).Hope tat you will be able to resolve this matter soon..
