I have juz bought a resale hdb unit 6mths ago. is there anyway i can sell now due to unforseen circumstances. i am in desperate situation. If possible i need to buy elsewhere.Any chance. need guru advice

Morning,

For HDB unit, the basic requirement is to fulfill the MOP. If you have real desperate situation, you can write into HDB and appeal for your case. Worst case is that HDB will totally reject your application. Best case is that HDB will purchase your unit back at market valuation, but you will need to pay for the admin, legal and stamps fee payable.
