I have just signed an exclusive authorisation to sell to appoint an agent to market my 5rm unit and in the same time he will also start helping me to search around for the house that i want @ (5Rm punngol/sengkang). my quetsion is do i still need to pay the comm for buying(1%) since i have to pay for selling? Is there compulsory to pay comm for buyer? As i come across some agent charge 0.5% or do not collect comm for buyers.
